New clients who sign on to a paid one year subscription to Forms Live will receive a free DocuSign licence for one person.
You do not have to use the DocuSign account for yourself. You can delegate the DocuSign account to another email address.
Once you sign up and pay for your subscription, you will be sent a link to setup your new DocuSign licence.
Once you have created your DocuSign account, go to the Integrations section of Forms Live and click the DocuSign button to connect your account. It will now be available inside your forms.
Please note, your free DocuSign account is an additional account. You cannot apply the credit to an existing DocuSign account. The free DocuSign account is not available on the free trial.
You can also connect existing DocuSign accounts to Forms Live through the Integration section.
